The successful candidate will have:
· An appropriate IT knowledge and experience with a good understanding of Windows operating systems and servers as well as Microsoft packages and other operating systems. Experience with Arbor is desirable but not essential.
· Strong organisational abilities with a proven capacity to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
· The ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, and work positively with staff and students
· Good literacy and numeracy skills, supported by a solid educational background
· The ability to thrive in a busy and demanding work environment, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm.
· Good attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, detail in all tasks and demonstrate good problem solving skills
· The skills to be a positive team player who values collaboration and is willing to assist and support colleagues as needed.
· The ability to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking, with a flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities.
· Adaptability and be able to thrive in a busy and demanding work environment, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm.
· A record of excellent attendance and punctuality

Whitmore High School is a mixed, non-denominational community comprehensive secondary school and sixth form for pupils aged 11-18. It is located in the London Borough of Harrow, and is operated by the local council.
Whitmore was founded in 1974, and has about 1,600 pupils.
