Job overview

We are looking to appoint a Junior IT Technician to join our school on on a full-time, term-time basis to include an additional two weeks during the school holidays and some evening events.

This is a new role to provide support in the day-to-day operations of the IT Services Team, supported by the Director of IT (DofIT). The school is currently supported by a Director of IT as a service provided externally, who leads on the IT for the School providing both strategic and technical direction. This role will help the DofIT provide support to our users alongside the IT Technician.

The successful candidate will provide high quality professional IT services to ensure that the School’s IT systems work in a reliable, secure and efficient manner in all areas. To support in the delivery of project work as directed by the Director of IT or IT Technician.
