About the Role:

Permanent position - Term 3 2023 start

The School is seeking a Teacher who has experience in or is interested in adopting the Explicit Teaching approach in their classroom.

  • Be innovative, highly motivated and organised in the planning and delivery of a primary education curriculum.
  • Support the strategic educational development of the School.
  • Represent the School in a professional and considered manner.
  • Develop and utilise data to inform good practice and appropriate change.
  • Demonstrate support for the school by regular attendance at school functions and out of school activities, including extra-curricular.
  • Have a special interest, passion and expertise in the education of boys.


Selection Criteria:

  • Be suitably qualified with an Education Teaching Degree (qualification must be recognised in Australia)
  • Be registered, or have the ability to be registered with QCT
  • Ability to provide current and relevant teaching references from Middle Management/Executive Leadership level (please note referees will not be contacted prior to your express approval, and all applications are treated in complete confidentiality)
  • Have the right to work in Australia
