Millfield School is seeking a passionate Junior Systems Developer to join our dynamic IT Services team. In this role, you will support the development, maintenance, and administration of software systems across both our Prep and Senior Schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in software development projects and maintain existing applications.
- Provide support for system administration tasks across the school.
- Collaborate using modern development tools such as GitHub, SQL, Blazor, and C#.NET.
Skills & Experience:
- Basic programming experience is essential—whether self-taught or acquired through formal education.
- Familiarity with C#, HTML, CSS, SQL databases, and web-based development is beneficial.
- A genuine passion for coding, experimentation, and developing innovative software solutions is a must.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
- Occasional Saturday mornings on a rota basis within term time (8:30am – 12:00pm).
