Aster International School Bangkok opened in August 2022 with the mission to bring the best of a British-style international education to a beautiful campus in the heart of Bangkok. We are now recruiting new Secondary teachers for our expanding Secondary school, which moved into new facilities in August 2024.
We are looking for energetic, innovative and enthusiastic professionals who want to join a rapidly growing school. Aster International School Bangkok is a British-style international school, teaching an enhanced version of the ENC in a modern and purpose-built environment. Our teachers must be prepared to be leaders and learners as we collaborate to create a unique school environment and approach to curriculum delivery.
The Secondary phase at Aster International School Bangkok is a fun and lively environment to work in. We are looking for a fully qualified teacher to take on the role of KS3 Project Teacher. This will involve teaching areas of the British Curriculum to Year 7 students in a project-based/theme style, where different subjects are combined. It is expected that about 40% of the Year 7 or Year 8 curriculum will be taught by the role, combining subjects such as English, History and Geography and really giving students an appreciation of real-life learning. We are looking for a qualified teacher in English, any Humanities or an Upper Primary Teacher to fill this role.
Aster International School Bangkok is located in the heart of Bangkok, in the Sathorn district. The school is positioned to give easy access to Sathorn, Silom, Sukhumvit and also the riverside area. We have modern and purpose-built facilities that suit mid-twenty-first-century learning needs. - Be fully qualified teachers
- Have experience with the ENC or a British-style curriculum
- Be innovative, energetic and able to deal with the unexpected
- Offer a skill outside of the classroom for our Extended Curriculum

- Be able to provide a full, clean background check, enabling you to work with children
Aster International School Bangkok offers a competitive salary, a two-year renewable contract, flight allowance, free tuition places for dependents, private medical insurance, and an annual bonus programme.
