Job overview

This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of the development of a unique and brand new Key Stage 2 provision at our beautiful woodland site Shortenills - 'Finding My Voice'.

  • Rooted in the principles of nurture and forest school, a 1-day per week alternative provision to run alongside a mainstream offer.
  • Designed to change lives, this is a unique approach that will support young people to change their narrative and the narrative that others have of them.
  • The intervention will take place outdoors or in our yurt. It will run daily with a different group of children each day.

This position will suit someone who:

  • is looking to work in a role that is very different to mainstream primary/forest school teaching.
  • wants to make a difference through doing things differently.

Part time working and flexible opportunities are available.
