Due to our continuing growth, we are currently seeking a teacher for KS3 Mathematics and ICT to commence work in September 2021.
The International School of Madrid is a well-established and successful school in the heart of Madrid. Since 1971 we have been providing students with a broad and balanced British education. Now home to over 800 students aged between 2 and 18, the school follows the English National Curriculum and is known for its child-centred approach, happy atmosphere and excellent standards of academic achievement. The school is conveniently located in the residential area of Chamartín. The school is a member of NABSS.
The successful applicant for the teaching post will:
• have a teaching qualification that is recognised in UK schools (such as a PGCE);
• have recent experience in a UK school or an overseas school following the English National Curriculum. Recently qualified teachers are welcome to apply;
• be a fluent English speaker;
• hold either a EU passport or have the right to work in the EU and understand that background checks and screening will form part of the appointment process.
The contract will be permanent and full time from September 2021.
