Hours of Work: 36 hours per week
We are looking to appoint an outstanding KS4 Attendance & Family Officer to join our school’s central admin and inclusion teams. The role plays a vital part in ensuring that all our students get to make the most out of school by having excellent attendance and punctuality.
The core purpose of the role is to provide a professional and effective service that improves student attendance at school. To work closely with families and outside agencies to support and monitor attendance in line with school policy.
You will be part of the school’s wider inclusion team, and you will need a positive and proactive approach to your work. We are looking to appoint someone who wants to make a positive difference to our students and their families.
Please note that your approach and the ability to carry out all duties in line with school expectations is essential.
All staff are expected to act as effective role models and be prepared to demonstrate the school’s Core Values and be able to support students in an appropriate and professional manner.
