Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to have a significant positive impact on the lives of our students as the Lay Chaplain. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational individual with outstanding pastoral abilities to help lead the spiritual life of the School. The new Chaplain will play a vital role in helping to shape the experience and development of our pupils as well as staff. The successful candidate will be a practising Catholic with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. A background in Education may also be beneficial. Bringing faith to life, drawing out the richness of spirituality and prayer with young people and staff and looking after those on the ‘edges’ are key demands for this role.
We are looking for someone with experience of chaplaincy, working with the CSI Inspection framework and a deep understanding of how to provide formation for staff and students.
