Job Overview

Woodcote High School is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Lead Administrator to oversee our busy and thriving Information Management Team.

What does the role involve?

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated individual and highly skilled lead administrator with a positive and welcoming disposition to oversee the administrators in your team and you will be responsible for ensuring a very high quality of service. This will require effective professional leadership skills, an ability to motivate and influence others and an individual who will, at all times, act as a confident role model with emotional intelligence. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience, as well as an ability to manage a complex workload and troubleshoot, as necessary. A working knowledge of school systems would be an advantage.

This is a new, exciting and very fulfilling post, providing excellent preparation for further promotion and, naturally, there will be high quality support and opportunities for further professional learning and development in the role.

About The Collegiate Trust

TCT has grown out of Riddlesdown Collegiate, a large, outstanding (OFSTED, March 2023) secondary school in Croydon with a longstanding reputation for high standards and an exceptional education. Since 2015, our Trust has been growing and, today, we are a family of 8 schools with c.6000 pupils and 800+ employees. The planned addition of a further secondary school will bring our Trust to c.7000 pupils and c.1000 employees.
