We require a highly effective Lead Practitioner of English, whose practice is instrumental in ensuring that pupils, of all ages and abilities, achieve consistently strong outcomes, to join our strong team. The successful candidate must also be able to effectively support other teachers to rapidly and sustainably improve teaching and therefore learning outcomes.
The posts will involve a significant amount of classroom teaching and responsibility for classes at Carleton High School.
The Trust’s Executive Team will provide most aspects of line management, support and direction for the successful candidate along with other senior leaders.
