Job overview
We are actively seeking to appoint an innovative, dynamic and passionate teacher of Maths with a proven track record of teaching excellence to join our expanding School Improvement Team and become our Lead Practitioner in Maths.
You will play a leading and highly visible role in ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement, along with leading the monitoring, evaluation, and review of standards and provision in the subject area.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead by example in the classroom, providing valuable support and delivering professional development that promotes successful teaching and learning strategies to colleagues with guidance from the Teaching and Learning Team. Emphasising the practical application of research and best practices in the classroom, the Lead Practitioner in Maths is an exciting role and a key driver of innovation and excellence within our academic community.
For this position, we are seeking an outstanding practitioner who can demonstrate a proven track record of successful teaching with value-added results. Your contribution will be instrumental in establishing a culture of excellent teaching and learning across the school and wider Trust.
For candidates with exceptional leadership experience, there is potential for an Associate Assistant Headteacher position, offering a leadership-scale salary and a broader remit as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
