We are looking for an inspirational, enthusiastic and experienced Teacher with excellent experience and knowledge of SEND issues, who will devise and lead a workplace development programme for Learning/Teaching Assistants. The successful candidate will work alongside the SENDCOs and SEND departments of Uckfield primary and secondary schools to enhance their work.
The successful candidate will have:
- excellent teaching skills
- experience of SEND issues
- experience of training other staff
- knowledge of running effective interventions
- expertise in devising intervention programmes and resources
