ISA Tianhe International School of Guangzhou (ISA Tianhe) is located in the Zhujiang New Town of Guangzhou, providing IB education for students from early years to primary (2-11 years old). We are looking for potential candidates of Leadership Management Role to start in August 2024.

Major Responsibilities     

  • This role is part of the Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for bringing evidence-based practices into classrooms by working with and supporting teachers and administration with the goal of increasing student engagement, improving student achievement, and enhancing teaching skills.
  • Ensuring the creativity and high quality of teaching and learning of the class.
  • Sharing responsibilities for curriculum development, display, performances, trips and organizing some aspects of special events.     
  • Fostering a caring atmosphere and showing commitment to the well-being and social and academic progress of each pupil. 

Key Requirements  

  • University degree with major in Education and a recognized teaching qualification (such as PGCE, BEd, MEd).     
  • High Proficiency in English;     
  • Minimum of 5 years of teaching management experience in EY/IBPYP curriculum, ideally with experience in an international educational setting     
  • Experience in teaching second language learners     
  • Strong knowledge and/or experience in EY/IBPYP curriculum framework     
  • Curriculum development knowledge     
  • Be inter-culturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills     
  • Be committed to ensuring high standards of teaching and learning     
  • Be collaborative and able to work as part of a team

Established in 2015, ISA Tianhe International School is the first school of the ISA International Education Group.
