Are you passionate about supporting students and enhancing their college experience? Sandwell College is looking for a dedicated Learner Engagement Officer to join our vibrant team on a full-time fixed-term contract till June 2025.
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the number of apprenticeship candidates matched successfully to appropriate employers.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering effective messages to potential students and/or to partner employers about the work of the College, working with account managers to advertise roles on the NAS and to recruitment and place learners in a timely manner and tracking all learners that have been selected for interviews and record all outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing environment and have exceptional communication skills. Education sector experience desired but not essential.
For this role, we require candidates to have a minimum Level 2 qualification in both Maths and English, along with a Level 3 qualification in Customer Service.

It has two state of the art campuses in West Bromwich accessible through excellent transport links and, following a successful merger with Cadbury Sixth Form College, has an exciting presence in Birmingham.
