We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly organised individual to run our busy and thriving library - The Learning Hub.  

This is a fantastic opportunity to directly influence the literacy and careers experience our students have and create a vibrant, first-class learning and study environment aligned to our school ethos ‘Where Learning Comes First’. 

Lutterworth High School is a high attaining and oversubscribed 11-16 Academy school. Everything we do is underpinned by our ethos, and we are proud of our excellent reputation.  

The successful candidate will have a passion for books and be able to engage young people in reading for pleasure and reading for research. You should have a desire to support the curriculum whilst also progressing the schools’ literacy agenda.
