We wish to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Intervention Manager to lead and guide the whole year group students, with the assistance of Student Support Coordinators, enabling students to:
- Remove barriers to learning
- Learn effectively
- Become responsible, successful and confident citizens.
The Learning & Intervention Manager role is to act as a link between students, their form tutors, student support services, home, teachers and the curriculum.

The school aims to give the students a fun and enriching experience. It also hopes to give the pupils good guidance. Teachers encourage them to be honest, have integrity and be respectful. Children’s academic successes are celebrated by everyone at the school. They have assemblies to showcase their work. Students are also pushed to be creative and use their imagination when it comes to learning new topics.

“Leadership and management have improved and are now good. Determined actions by leaders and governors have ensured that important improvements in teaching and the achievement of students have been secured. Different groups of students in the school are learning well. Students with special educational needs make progress that is as least as good as other pupils in the school. In addition, the gap between the achievement of disadvantaged students and others is closing quickly. This is because teachers have increasingly high expectations of these students. Students behave well and display positive attitudes to learning. Arrangements to keep students safe are good. The range of extra-curricular activities is outstanding.”
