We are looking to appoint innovative and enthusiastic individuals who have the passion and ability to support high standards of teaching and learning across all subjects in school and can create a purposeful learning atmosphere in a classroom and ensure that behaviour and learning is managed to the highest standards. A calm disposition, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for the role.

Our Learning Managers are an important team, who provide stability and continuity for students’ learning by covering lessons for short-term teacher absence (up to 10 days).

The role is pivotal to improving Learning and Teaching and as such are included in the school’s programme of professional development for classroom practitioners. This is an ideal opportunity therefore for you to personally develop in the role. A great stepping stone for further work with students.

As an employer we can offer you:

"The ‘five respects’ underpin the sensible behaviour that pupils display in classrooms."

"Typically, pupils behave well in lessons. They listen carefully to their teachers and act on instructions. They follow routines as they move around the school building."

The school is ambitious for all pupils…”

“The arrangements for safeguarding are effective”.

·        Excellent facilities in all areas creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive school community.

·        Our Lesson structure and cover policy ensures that specialists set suitable work to support cover lessons.
