We are looking to recruit a dedicated individual to join a key curriculum area across the school. You will work closely with the teachers within your specialist area to support with small group interventions, cover lessons for absent colleagues and provide essential administrative and creative support. A perfect opportunity for anyone with experience of teaching and learning, working with children or a love of a particular subject area that you wish to share with young people.

If successful you would be joining a team of Learning Managers who provide invaluable support to staff and students across the school. If you have a particular interest in a key curriculum area then we will endeavour to match your role to the subject area in question.

Lawnswood School is a mixed, non-denominational community secondary school and sixth form for pupils aed 11-18. It is located in West Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire.

The school, founded in its current form in 1972, has capacity for up to about 1,500 pupils. Its predecessor schools were the Leeds Modern School, a boys' grammar school, and Lawnswood High School for Girls.
