At the Prior Pursglove College site, we are seeking to appoint a Learning Services Support Assistant to assist with the day to day running of the Learning Resource Centre and contribute towards its continuing development, including providing revision and study skills support to students and facilitating supervised study sessions. There will also be a requirement for you to deliver annual and termly support as part of induction and PD for Teachers and Lead Practitioners on themes such as AI, plagiarism and study skills.

 

You will be primarily working with students aged 16-18 and will need excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to relate to young people and adults. 

 

Normal working hours are between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm each day. Part time, job share arrangements will be considered and can be discussed at interview.
