We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our growing SEND Department at our beautiful and inspirational Prior Park School, Gibraltar. 

This role will promote good relationships with colleagues, pupil and parents throughout the school, fostering a feeling of 'belonging'. To support and complement the work of teachers for the benefit of pupils and their learning, contributing to a range of teaching and learning activities, working collaboratively as part of a professional team. promoting positive values, attitudes and behaviours. 

Will be working term time only, 27 hours and 20 minutes per week over four days between 8.30am and 5pm, depending on the needs of the school timetable with a willingness to engage with strategies to support SEND students and who can demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality, empathy and flexibility.

Prior Park School, Gibraltar, is a member of the Prior Park Schools family which also includes Prior Park College, Bath and The Paragon School, Bath.

The school is a thriving community operating on the former Sacred Heart campus in the Old Town, high above the noise of the city. We accept students from ages 11 to 18 and teach the UK curriculum including GCSE and A Level examinations.

Prior Park is a modern Christian Catholic school with a maximum capacity of 260 pupils. We have a staff to student ratio of 1:8 with only 40 children in a year group.
