Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed A-level Economics and Accounting lecturer to join our supportive and successful team at Atlee A-Level Academy. Duties will primarily include teaching A Level Economics and Accountancy including elements of Maths with an ability to teach across different age range from Functional Skills to GCSE is essential

Your enthusiasm will encourage students to achieve their maximum potential, and promote recognition of the importance of mathematics to career progression. You will have a positive attitude to working in this sector. Prior experience of teaching is desirable but we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers able to demonstrate commitment and a passion for their subject.

It is essential that all applicants have a degree in mathematics and a minimum Level 5 teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards this.

Welcome to the Attlee A Level Academy, our dedicated centre in E1 focused on high academic achievement and university progression. We are named after Clement Attlee, a former UK Prime Minister and great advocate for social equality and advancement.

Our students have progressed to top universities this year including Clare College Cambridge, UCL, Queen Mary, Sussex and York amongst others to study degrees in natural science, chemistry, engineering, law and psychology. Come and join us and thrive in our dedicated A Level centre in E1.
