Who We Need
The purpose of this role is to develop and teach on the Business-related programmes. You will be teaching across a range of levels and qualifications including BTEC and T Level in Management and Administration, the equivalent to A Levels.

The successful candidate will work within our highly successful Business curriculum and will lead and teach across our provision.
You will be responsible for ensuring that courses meet learner needs, industry standards and awarding body requirements. You will have teaching experience and be able to demonstrate experience of working within quality systems and procedures.

They will have excellent communication skills, have empathy, understanding and the ability to inspire and engage young people to excel and achieve their learning goals.
Essential
- Experience of working in a FE environment, working with a wide range of students and abilities
- Ability to provide flexible and innovative approaches to the delivery of the curriculum, including the use of learning technologies
- Able to work effectively as a member of a team
- Have a respectful and inclusive attitude towards students and colleagues
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in related subject area
- Holds a teaching qualification or willing to work towards

New College Nottingham is a mixed, selective, non-denominational general further education college situated in Nottingham. It is a 16 plus with five different sites in the centre of Nottingham. The latest Ofsted report identified 14,029 learners at the school, between the ages of 16-19, studying a range of academic and vocational courses.
The college was established in 1998 through a merger of smaller educational centres in the Nottingham area. Further merging has happened, most recently early in 2017, when the college merged together with Central College Nottingham.

The college specialises in music and performance as well as excelling in its media and creative courses. It hosts a wide range of facilities to help its learners’ experiences, from a hair and beauty salon and art gallery through to a music venue and theatre.
