Job overview
Our outstanding art and design department is looking for a 0.6 lecturer in fashion to teach a range of programmes from level 3 to level 5 with specific focus on HND level 5. Previous experience of teaching fashion at HND level is essential. The key skills we are looking for are: pattern cutting, garment manufacturing/construction, trend forecasting, design development, contextual and cultural awareness and fashion illustration alongside experience of tutoring a HE course and organising fashion shows.

A teaching qualification would be an advantage or a commitment to undertake this within the first year of employment is essential.
