QEGSMAT are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching assistant to join our hardworking and high achieving team at Castle View Primary School and Nursery, Matlock.
The successful applicant will be; hard working, enthusiastic and flexible with high standards. They will possess a 'can do' attitude and be willing to support the activities of the school. The ability to work with a range of people is essential and they must be able to act on their own initiative, dealing with any unexpected challenges as they arise. They will have a willingness to participate in further training and development opportunities offered by the school and QEGSMAT.

A little bit about Castle View Primary School...
Our school is in the town of Matlock, on the edge of the Peak District overlooking the impressive Riber Castle. The main school building dates back to the late 1800s but has had many alterations and additions since then. We are an extensive site, with our own separate hall, dining kitchen, playing field and Key Stage 1 and 2 buildings, as well as a purpose built nursery. We host a daily breakfast club and afterschool club.
