The Governing Body are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Integrated Resource as soon as possible
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a commitment to inclusion, diversity and equality to ensure that our whole community develops and ‘Aims high and Dreams big’.
- Is passionate about inclusion and who wants to be part of our new Integrated Resource
- Has a commitment to safeguarding and working with staff and families to promote the welfare of children across the school.
- Has the skills to deliver highly engaging and motivating learning.
- Has experience and knowledge communicating with learners at an early level of communication.
- Has experience of working with primary aged children.
- Has a diverse set of skills which will enable you to be flexible working in the IR
- Is passionate about teaching and learning.
- Is an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn.
- Is positive, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Is committed to improving the life chances of every child.
- Has up to date knowledge of teaching strategies to support children with Special Educational Needs
