Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Integrated Resource

Required: As soon as possible

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

Salary: Grade 4, £25,584 -28,624 pro-rata

The Governing Body are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Integrated Resource as soon as possible

We are looking for someone who: 

• Has a commitment to inclusion, diversity and equality to ensure that our whole community develops and ‘Aims high and Dreams big’. 
• Is passionate about inclusion and who wants to be part of our new Integrated Resource
• Has a commitment to safeguarding and working with staff and families to promote the welfare of children across the school. 
•  Has the skills to deliver highly engaging and motivating learning. 
•  Has experience and knowledge communicating with learners at an early level of communication. 
•  Has experience of working with primary aged children.
•  Has a diverse set of skills which will enable you to be flexible working in the IR
•    Is passionate about teaching and learning.
•   Is an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn.
•   Is positive, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
•   Is committed to improving the life chances of every child.
•   Has up to date knowledge of teaching strategies to support children with Special Educational Needs
