Surrey Pay Grade PS4 £24,275 - £25,993 FTE, (Pro-rata £20,884 - £22,362)

36 hours per week over 5 days, 39 weeks per year (Term Time only)

We are looking to appoint a passionate, confident and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Librarian/Literacy Assistant.

 

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the school library, promoting reading for pleasure across the whole school, supporting literacy development and working with our students to improve their literacy and life chances.

 

The ideal candidate will have a contagious passion for reading that will engage our students with their own reading for pleasure, a commitment to the importance of literacy as a fundamental tool for life and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
