The role

Royal High Bath is looking for a Lower School Admissions Partner to join us on a full-time basis from December 2024.

You will act as the first point of contact for families looking to place their daughters into our Nursery, Prep and Year 7 classes. This will include day and boarding school recruitment and may involve some UK and international travel. 

Developing strong relationships with prospective parents, students and education agents, you will follow up every enquiry and nurture prospective students through each stage of the admissions pipeline, helping them to become a Royal High Bath student. 

You will assist in the implementation of a proactive recruitment strategy, ensuring follow up targets are met and conversions increased. In close collaboration with the Senior School Admissions Partner, you will assist with all bursary applications, scholarships and other awards, whilst maintaining accurate records.

You will work closely with the Head of Prep, and staff at the Prep School to support the transfer of students into Year 7. You will also be responsible for managing the programme of attendance at Feeder School fairs.

About you

We are seeking a personable and professional individual, with previous experience of working in an educational admissions, sales/customer service or recruitment environment. With excellent ICT skills, you will also be adept in the use of CRM databases. SIMS experience would be ideal. 

Excellent communication, budgeting and customer service skills will be essential for success in this role. You must also hold a valid driver's licence.
