Are you a well organised, strategic, target-driven individual with excellent customer service skills? Are you a natural relationship builder? If so, we would love to hear from you.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspiring, committed individual to work within our marketing and admissions team. You will be working on all aspects of Nursery, Pre-Prep, Prep, Senior School, and Sixth Form marketing and admissions work in Saint Felix School.

The successful candidate should be proactive, passionate and able to work well in a team. Reporting directly to the Head of Admissions and Head of Marketing as well as key stakeholders this is a crucial role in the development of Saint Felix.

Saint Felix School is an independent co-educational day and boarding school for children aged from 2 – 18, located close to the glorious seaside town of Southwold on the Suffolk coast. Our aim is to develop well-rounded students with the skills and the personality to make a success of their lives during and after their school years.

Academic excellence is central to life at Saint Felix School and we encourage all pupils to aspire to the highest possible standards and to exceed their expectations. Our success is demonstrated by impressive examination results at GCSE and A Level. The vast majority of our leavers go on to Higher Education.

This varied role will involve every element of the admissions journey. You will play a key role in the handling of admissions-related enquiries to Saint Felix. You will work closely with the Head Teacher to drive positive change and action in order to improve the prospective parent journey from enquiry to place acceptance.

Key responsibilities will include admissions, marketing and continued communication with both internal and external partners.

Whilst a background in Admissions and Marketing would be beneficial, it is by no means a necessity in applying for this role. The ability to create the right culture built on enthusiasm and passion for the role combined with strong administrative skills are equally important. This role would also suit someone with strong skills in professions such as sales, hospitality and events planning as well as those with a teaching background who might be looking for an interesting career change opportunity.

We would like to hear from you if you feel you have the skills and attributes to fulfil this exciting role at Saint Felix School.
