Our Support Staff are encouraged to contribute to the co-curricular provision. We all work together to instil a strong sense of belonging for all, which enables students to thrive.
We are committed to the professional development of all our staff. The TDT Gold Award report said, ‘All staff feel supported to grow and develop in their careers, which is testament to the way in which leaders are continually seeking out new challenges and responsibilities for individual members of staff based on their strengths and needs.’ There is an excellent induction programme for all new staff in addition to opportunities for further professional development.
