Maths Teacher

Mathematics Teacher – Main scale  

North-west location, based in Darwen with excellent road and rail links from Manchester and Lancashire.  

Required from 1st September 2018  

We are seeking Newly Qualified Teachers, to join our cluster team of mathematics teachers. We are offering an outstanding NQT induction year and the opportunity to work in more than one of our schools within two years of appointment, providing a platform for wide experience, and rapid future promotion in a new, successful and growing cluster of MAT schools.

  In your first year, you would be employed at either Darwen Aldridge Community Academy or Darwen Vale High School, both recognised by Ofsted as good and rapidly improving schools. There would be opportunities to gain experience in our 14-19 schools, and our primary phase school. We are a lead in Mathematics Hubs and an NCETM partner.
