Maths Teacher, KS 4 and 5 – August 2025 start at Raffles International School, Dubai 

Raffles International School (RIS) is a leading international school located in the heart of residential Dubai. The school follows the UK National Curriculum through IGCSE and A Levels with a BTEC option in KS4 and 5 and maintains a strong focus on academic achievement.

Education provision at RIS has recently been judged ‘Outstanding’ by BSO, quality assured by OFSTED. The school was reviewed as ‘one of the most genuinely international schools in the city’ by Which School Advisor in 2021. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 24 students and levels of support are high.

To accommodate growth in Secondary, RIS is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced full-time Math teacher to start in August 2025.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a UK recognized teaching qualification

• A portfolio of excellence, including Mathematics teaching in a high-achieving UKNC school

• A level Mathematics teaching experience

• A passion for teaching and learning.

• A commitment to creative and imaginative teaching where the progress of every learner is valued and maintained.

• A fully inclusive approach to education

• Experience of using technology tools to enhance learning and assessment.

This is a full overseas position for the right candidate.

The school is located near Umm Sequiem beach and within sight of the Burj Al Arab. RIS occupies a large purpose-built campus for children aged 6 months to 18 years. Facilities include two swimming pools, three large gymnasia, extensive shaded outdoor areas, technology and IT labs and a small theatre
