Job overview
Vision for Education are seeking a fully qualified Teacher of Mathematics to join an already well established Secondary school in the West of Rotherham. The school is strengthened by the Academy trust it sits under, who have big plans for expansion over the coming years. This position has materialised due to the expansion of school, and a strong intake for September 2018.
We are looking to appoint by Easter, to enable the right teacher to get used to the school, become a valuable member of the Mathematics faculty, and learn school ethos and policies before the expansion of the department in September. The position is full-time and has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
The school are looking for an excellent teacher who is determined to make a difference to their students, and who is motivated and passionate about teaching and learning. You must be a team player and commit to providing a high level of inclusive education and be willing and able to contribute to the wider school community.
The school offer outstanding CPD to all their staff, and have extra provisions in place for Mathematics, and will give you the tools you need to go from being a ‘good’ to an ‘outstanding’ teacher.
We require all teachers who register with Vision for Education to have a current valid DBS registered to the update service, or able to complete a Vision for Education DBS, references covering the last 2 years of your career, and either a Batchelor of Education with QTS, PGCE, have completed a GTP, or ITT within a school and are not currently subject to an outstanding investigation.

· DBS/CRB registered to the Update Service
· 2 proofs of address dated within the last 3 months
· Passport or Driving licence and Birth certificate
· Qualification Certificates.
· Teacher Number.
· Certifications, e.g. Team Teach, NPECTS etc.
