Essential Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in the field of Mathematics or a closely related field (Engineering/Economics) plus a recognized teaching qualification
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with the students, parents and staff forming positive relationships;
- Capacity and experience in developing and assisting in writing (and ensuring its maintenance) of Schemes of Work,
- Ability to work independently but also be a sharing team player,
- Experience and capacity to tutor/supervise Maths as well as offer structured scaffolded support lessons
- Being able to design and maintain intervention sessions to support underachieving students,
- Willingness and capacity to organize and invest in extra-curricular activities as part of the whole-school effort
