Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an experienced can-do MIS and Examinations Assistant who will have day-to-day responsibility for the efficient and secure administration of the Academy’s MIS data base, reporting to and in liaison with the Director of MIS and Examinations.
Previous experience of administration in an educational setting would be advantageous but is not essential. The Academy uses Civica’s educational software REMS. Training will be provided, if necessary.
The post includes all aspects of data and exams including enrolment, it is therefore expected that the post holder will be available to work during the summer holidays, particularly in August; exact dates to be negotiated and agreed with the department Director.
Applicants will need to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail as well as use their exceptional communication skills and their ability to build good working relationships
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, a flexible approach to working as part of a team as well as the ability to work on his or her own initiative in a professional manner and have excellent attention to detail.
