Music Assistant

Trevor-Roberts School is seeking a music assisstant. We are looking for someone with good piano sight reading ability and a background in singing to provide musical and administrative assistance to the Director of Music and to support the delivery of the music curriculum across the school. The position would suit a music graduate with a classical or musical theatre background who is thinking of going into teaching and would like to actively engage with the life of a school.

Trevor-Roberts is a prep school in Hampstead for children aged 4 to 13 and music plays a central role in the day to day life of the school. The school's three choirs regularly perform both in and out of school and the Senior Choir toured Barcelona in March 2025. There are also a wide range of instrumental groups and a strong team of peripatetic staff, with most children at the school learning a musical instrument. Each class also puts on a musical production twice a year.

The position offers a salary of between £32,00 and £34,000 p.a. and 13 weeks paid holiday a year.
