Salary:                        £19,805.75 per annum to £22,424.60 per annum

                                     

                                     Music Technician (0.6429 FTE)

                                     £14,616.97 per annum to £15,162.80 per annum (£22,736.00 to £23,585.00 per annum FTE) – Points 5 to 7 of the Support Staff Pay Scale.

                                     

                                     Music Instructor (0.2142 FTE)

                                     £5,188.78 per annum to £7,261.80 per annum (£24,224.00 to £33,902.00 per annum FTE) – Points 2 to 6 of the Unqualified Teacher Pay Scale.

 

    

Working hours:           37 hours per week, 8:15am – 4:15pm Monday to Thursday, 8:25am – 3:55pm Friday, term-time only (39 weeks per year).

 

FTE:                             0.8571

 

Pension:                             West Yorkshire Pension Fund – Employer contribution rate of 21.5%, plus Death in Service Grant of 3 x your annual salary.

The College has been providing the highest quality academic Sixth Form College education in the area for 50 years. According to Government performance tables, Greenhead is currently one of the best performing Sixth Form Colleges nationally and is heavily oversubscribed.

Greenhead College is located on an attractive campus close to Huddersfield town centre, adjacent to the picturesque Greenhead Park. We are a short drive from the M62 and within walking distance of the train and bus station. The College is an easy commute from much of the Northwest and Yorkshire.

The College provides outstanding education to approximately 2750 students studying predominantly A Level courses.
