ACS International Schools is looking for an MYP Coordinator to join the team at ACS Egham to start in August 2025.

The main purpose of this role is to develop, maintain and plan the implementation of changes to the MYP to ensure that teachers are well trained and that the school achieves high standards of academic excellence.

We are recruiting a MYP Coordinator with a passion for inspiring students through a concept based, inquiry driven and student focused approach.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • MYP policies, principles, standards, and publications.
  • Resources – prepare budgets for the programme and recommend suitable resources to support programme delivery.
  • Lead the review and evaluation process and action plans for the assigned programme.
  • Organise examinations.
  • Record-keeping.
  • Staff professional development.
  • Liaison with external programme bodies.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Teaching qualification
  • Experienced middle school teacher, as you will typically teach some classes.
  • Experience of the MYP programme/administration as appropriate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent ACS Schools externally.

ACS Egham International School is an independent, co-educational, all-through day school located in the town of Egham, Surrey. Part of the ACS group, which runs a number of independent international schools in the UK and elsewhere, ACS Egham provides for over 600 students aged 3-18.

The school occupies a 20-acre site that has seen consistent investment and development over the years. ACS Egham offers all four International Baccalaureates, at Primary, Middle, Certificate and Diploma level. It also provides for students intending to study for a US high school diploma.
