Job Title: Named Pupil Teaching Assistant

Salary Grade F £25,119-26,421FTE

Required to start: September 2024

We are seeking to appoint a named pupil teaching assistant to support 3 pupils with Educational Health Care Plans. You may be an experienced teaching assistant looking for a career move or you may be looking for the opportunity to get into education. Full training and support available.

Fixed term position (linked to the funding)

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and a reflective approach to practice.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the wider life of the school.
• Experience of working with Children in a school setting
