Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Native level English-Speaking Nursery Teacher to join our team at the Bangkok Campus. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, a nurturing personality, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences in English tailored to the needs of nursery-aged students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities in English to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of nursery-aged children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn in English
- Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and caregivers through open communication and collaboration in English
- Foster a love for learning through hands-on experiences, play-based activities, and sensory exploration conducted primarily in English
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate and plan school-wide events, activities, and initiatives in English
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with nursery-aged children in an English-speaking classroom setting
- Native level English speaker with a clear accent and excellent language proficiency
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
