Hazelwick is a high achieving, oversubscribed and Ofsted 'Outstanding' 11-18 mixed secondary school with 1500 students in Years 7-11 and 383 students in the sixth form.  We are incredibly proud of our reputation, and of our students, who are fantastic ambassadors for our school.

We are committed to developing our inclusive workplace, welcoming staff from all backgrounds and cultures, investing in training and development, and providing a work environment to promote employee well-being and feeling of community spirit – our low staff turnover rate pays tribute to this.

Our purpose is to maximise the academic achievement and wellbeing of every student at Hazelwick and our staff are essential to that success.

Hazelwick is in the excellent commuter location of Crawley West Sussex, close to Gatwick Airport with great access and transport links via the M23 and Three Bridges railway station to London, East Croydon, Brighton and the South Coast. Many of our staff travel to Crawley from Brighton - we are the first school on the train line from Brighton to attract the Fringe Area allowance.
