Job overview

Standard Teacher contract

Cuckoo Hall Academies Trust (C.H.A.T.) is the Charitable Trust set up to run and manage four Primary and one Secondary Academies serving approximately 2500 children. Based in Enfield we are focused on driving up the quality of education provision and standards.

After joining two of our school nurseries to make one larger CHAT nursery, we are now looking for highly skilled Early Years Teachers who are passionate about working with nursery aged children, to join our growing team.
We require a creative, confident teacher who can ensure that every child receives outstanding teaching and learning experience. You will be required to work alongside our Trust to increase parental engagement and raise standards within our CHAT nursery.

There are high ambitions for our nursery provision to grow and expand the age range of the children we look after so an understanding of younger ages would be an advantage, but not essential. A flexible approach to delivering quality teaching is necessary.

This high level support contributes to the life chances of our children so you will need to be passionate about education and delivering a professional service, you will therefore need a good understanding about your role within the Trust.

In return for your proven expertise and commitment, we can offer you an opportunity to work for a Trust that has aspirations to grow and deliver outstanding opportunities for our children and their families. We will support you within our team through regular supervision and training opportunities. The Trust has a pension scheme and a health plan.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment and follow our safer recruitment practices.

For more information and to apply please complete an application form and the equal opportunities form by visiting our website via the link behind the application button below.

Cuckoo Hall Academies Trust is an Equal Opportunities Employer.

Applicants for this post must be willing to undergo child protection training. A full enhanced check with the Disclosure & Barring Service will be undertaken and references will be sought from previous employers prior to interview.

If this post is right for you, we look forward to receiving your application!
