This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our happy, friendly and forward-thinking school, initially on a maternity cover contract. We are looking for an Office Administrator and co-Registrar who would like to be part of our inspiring and welcoming educational environment, and who can support the Head and the School in the delivery of our School’s aims.

Ravenscourt Park Preparatory School is a successful IAPS Preparatory School in West London providing education of the highest quality for 420 boys and girls aged from 4 to 11 years. The School had its last full inspection by ISI in November 2021 and received the grade of ‘excellent’ in both Pupils’ Achievement and Pupils’ Personal Development, as well as satisfying all of the regulatory requirements within the compliance inspection.

Key to success in this role is the ability to provide a warm, friendly and approachable welcome to pupils, parents, staff and visitors. Strong IT, communication and organisational skills are essential, discretion, a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to exercise judgement and show initiative are also important.

Previous experience of using a school-based management information system (such as iSAMS) is essential.

The salary for this position will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s skills and experience.

Ravenscourt Park Preparatory School is a lively, co-educational and inclusive independent school for children from 4 to 11 years old.
