About Us
Oldbury Academy is a large secondary school, serving ca 1400 11-16 year olds and is part of the Stour Vale Academy Trust. Ofsted inspected our school in December 2021 and judged us to be ‘GOOD’ in all categories. Ofsted concluded that “pupils at this school receive a good education” and “it is well led and school leaders are committed to further improvements”.

We have friendly, committed and caring staff, all of whom endeavour to provide the finest educational experiences and a wide range of exciting opportunities for every child at our school.
The Role
We are seeking to appoint a motivated individual with strong attention to detail to work in our main office and provide support to the examinations team, general school administration duties and to support the governors of the Academy.
You should be able to work effectively in a regulated setting and have excellent attention to detail. This is a fast paced role and will require effective working with multiple teams around the school to deliver the best experience and outcomes for our students.
