Reports to: Head of school and executive headteacher 

Salary:          NJC Scale SO1. Starting at scale point 23 (Actual salary: £35,577), rising with annual increments to a maximum of scale point 26 (Actual salary: £36,567).

Working Days: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. 

Working hours 8.00am - 4.00pm with 50 minutes for lunch each day.

Start date:            As soon as possible 

Line management: TBC

Paid holiday entitlement: 29 days + 8 bank holidays

Ryefield Primary school and Vanguard Learning Trust wish to employ an enthusiastic and proactive office manager who will be a key member of the school’s and Trust’s support staff team. Our new office manager will play a central role in ensuring that the administrative and operations functions are effective and efficient , supporting the high quality educational and pastoral provision given to our pupils and their families. They will be supported by a committed and hardworking staff body, keen to ensure that every child is given the best possible educational experience.
