Job overview
We are seeking to appoint Operations Manager who will have responsibility for managing the majority of non-teaching staff within the School to deliver the environment for the teaching staff to maximise the potential of pupils. Direct reports include the Facilities & Maintenance team, IT staff, Human Resources and administrative personnel. The position is also responsible for Catering (outsourced) and Cleaning (mainly outsourced).
