Personal Assistant (PA)
Full time, Monday to Friday (Part time working considered)

Denstone College is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CFO as part of our friendly and supportive Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA or administrator looking to work in a prestigious and vibrant independent school environment. This is predominately a full time position, however part time working may be considered.
Beginning life as a school in 1873, Denstone College is a thriving, co-educational boarding and day school, situated close to Uttoxeter. It has its own preparatory school, providing continuous education on the same site for pupils aged from 4–18. The school is part of the Woodard Corporation, and the Head is in membership of HMC.
The Successful candidate will have:
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, Grade C/4 or above.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience using office management software.
• Experience in diary management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential information.
• Experience in supporting senior management or leadership roles.
