Ranches Primary School opened in September 2015 with 45 children and has grown into a busy, vibrant Primary school of more than 1000 pupils and over 170 staff. RPS has the vision to be a focused and ambitious community school, motivated to achieve excellence, developing the potential in each and every child.

Ranches Primary School is looking to appoint a dynamic, adaptable, committed and compassionate Parent Experience Executive. This exciting opportunity is a key front of house position, tasked with further developing the strong and active parent community within the school. Providing a world-class customer experience to new and existing parents, the successful candidate will embody and encourage the school’s community ethos and standards of excellence through regular, open and honest communication. An integral part of the Parent Experience Executive role is that of brand ambassador, understanding the value proposition of the school and appreciating individual parent and pupil needs in order to effectively market the school.
