• Do you have the skills and desire to make a difference in the lives of some of our most vulnerable pupils.
The role of Pastoral Manager (Inclusion) is a key post for us, and essential to us meeting our strategic aims. We are looking for someone who supports our approach to behaviour, and who can help us deliver our mission of getting to outstanding.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and a desire to engage pupils that sometimes find education challenging
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
• Operating and managing all aspects of the Inclusion room
• Liaising with Standards and progress leaders and Pastoral Managers (Well-being) in relation to student behaviour and sanctions.
• To provide direct support for students with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties and to work with and help facilitate those students successful inclusion in school life.
• Consulting with parents regarding behaviour matters and responding to incidents of challenging behaviour, within the school sanction system.
• Maintenance of behaviour database including monitoring and tracking behaviour across the school to ensure sanction are fulfilled and escalated when appropriate
