We would like to thank you for your interest in the role of Pastoral Mentor at Teddington School.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate pastoral mentor who will be responsible for the delivery of highly effective, targeted provision and care to pupils, under the guidance of the Pastoral Lead, Teachers and Senior Leaders, in order to positively impact wellbeing and mental health amongst pupils. Raising standards of achievement for pupils to become independent learners. Ensuring effective support of pupil welfare, and the inclusion of all pupils in all aspects of school life in line with school and Trust policies, promoting the ethos and the values of the school and Bourne Education Trust.
